Come celebrate our 10 year anniversary at our upcoming physician well-being conference! We focus on ways that organizations can develop programs and initiatives to enhance the well-being of their physicians. • To receive a full refund minus a $75 administration fee, you must cancel by 11:59 p.m. May 15, 2020.
• To receive a 50% refund minus a $75 administration fee, you must cancel by 11:59 p.m. June 12, 2020.
• No refunds will be given for those cancelling after June 12, 2020.
